Drei Reporter der BBC Show Top Gear sind  in einem Fiat Barchetta, BMW Z3 Roadster und Mazda MX5 von Bagdad nach Damaskus unterwegs.





TEIL 1: In the back of a Russian cargo plane, the boys discuss the cars they've bought for their road trip and get ready for landing, but end up with a rather more scenic view than expected.





TEIL 2: The boys are travelling through the desert where they encounter insect bites, yet more car failure and a nasty injury for James. Then on the road to Damascus they take an unusual approach to travelling incognito.
